Description
The band y-raise is an exercise that targets the shoulders and upper back.

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, band under both feet, holding the band with both hands by your sides.

With palms facing down, raise arms up and out to form a 'Y' shape, keeping a slight bend in the elbows.
